【作品の発送、送料、同梱について】［About shipping, shipping costs, and bundling of works］

送料は（沖縄県を除き）全国均一で990円となります（沖縄県は1,890円となります）。 

特殊な形状の作品は、破損を避けるため同梱出来ません。それぞれに送料がかかる場合がございます。詳細は各ページにて確認下さい。

発送は、在庫がある商品は5営業日以内、受注型商品やオーダーメイド商品は最大でご注文後約3ヶ月後に発送させて頂きます（詳細は各ページをご確認下さい）。 諸般の事情によりお届けが遅れる場合はご連絡させて頂きます。

また、同時に近い別々での購入又は複数回に分けて購入いただいた場合、システムの都合上送料の返金は出来ず、送料が重複致しますのでご承知おき下さい。商品はサステイナブルの観点から同梱対応させて頂くことがあります。商品のお取り置きは行っておりません。予めご承知おきください。

As of September 2025, shipping fees have been changed to a "weight-based system".

China, Korea, and Taiwan: from 2,500 yen,

Asia: from 3,500 yen,

Middle East, Europe, and Oceania: from 5,000 yen, 

North America, Central and South America, and Africa: from 5,500 yen

In-stock items will be shipped within 5 business days.

Please note : We do not provide any guarantees regarding delivery to overseas shipping services company in Japan, as this may cause trouble. In addition, we do not reserve items. Please be aware of this in advance.

作品は検品し、必要な梱包をして発送をしておりますが、輸送中に破損してしまう場合がございます。

到着後、破損していた場合は大変お手数ではございますが、宅配会社（クロネコヤマト便など）へご連絡をお願い致します。

輸送中の破損の場合は保証対象となり、宅配会社にて調査後、お客様に返金となります。

その際、「破損の状況、外箱、梱包状況、お客様の購入履歴」が必要となりますので、しばらく作品や外箱を処分しないようお願いいたします。

Although the works are inspected and shipped in the necessary packaging, there may be cases where they are damaged during transportation.

If the item is damaged upon arrival, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact the delivery company (Kuroneko Yamato Bin, etc.).

If the item is damaged during transportation, it will be covered by the warranty and the courier company will investigate and issue a refund to the customer.

In that case, we will need information about the damage, the outer box, the packaging, and the customer's purchase history, so please do not dispose of the work or outer box for a while.

【作品の梱包について】［About the packaging of the work］

サステイナブルな観点から、梱包材は可能な限り新聞紙や再生紙、リサイクル材を用います。

場合によっては、作家さんからお送り頂いた際に使用されたクッション材、梱包材を再利用させて頂き、可能な限りペーパーレスや資源を無駄にしないよう心がけながら、安全に作品をお届け致します。同様の理由から、ラッピングについてはお受けしておりません。予めご了承下さい。

領収書の同封に関して、必要な方にのみPDFにてデータ送信いたします。 必要な方は発送前までにご連絡頂けますと幸いです。

From a sustainable perspective, we use newspaper, recycled paper, and recycled materials for packaging wherever possible.

In some cases, we will reuse the cushioning and packaging materials used when the artist sent it to us, and we will deliver the work safely while working as paperlessly as possible and not wasting resources. 

For the same reason, we do not accept gift wrapping. Thank you for your understanding.
