[About the work]

Although the photographed products are close to the actual colors, the shape, texture, expression, color, and subtle nuances may look different from the actual product depending on your monitor and other settings. It becomes difficult to produce colors such as yellow.

Please note that the listed size and weight are for reference only, especially for asymmetrical pieces due to their special shape.

Depending on the piece, there may be cracks or crazing intended by the artist, or small scratches, bubbles, pinholes, unevenness, or adhesions on the surface. We hope that you will understand these individual differences as part of the charm of the product, understand its characteristics, and enjoy your once-in-a-lifetime encounter with the piece. 

Also, if a product comes with accessories, we will state this in the product description. If there are no accessories, they will not be stated.

We apologize, but if you are picky or looking for something perfect, we ask that you refrain from purchasing.

[About sales method]

Sales of works will be announced on Instagram (@omble_pottery). Most of the products are one-of-a-kind, and we do not generally restock the same items.

Please note that some works may have a sales period or may be made private without notice.

[About shipping, shipping costs, and bundling of works]

Shipping costs are a flat rate of 990 yen nationwide (excluding Okinawa Prefecture) (1,890 yen for Okinawa Prefecture). 

Works with special shapes cannot be shipped together to avoid damage. Shipping fees may apply for each item. Please check the individual pages for details.

Items in stock will be shipped within 5 business days, while made-to-order and custom-made items will be shipped up to 3 months after the order is placed (please check the individual pages for details). If there are any delays in delivery due to various circumstances, we will contact you.

In addition, if you purchase items separately close to the same time or purchase them in multiple installments, please note that due to system reasons, we cannot refund shipping fees and shipping fees will be duplicated. We may bundle products from a sustainable perspective. We do not hold items for you. Please be aware of this in advance.

Overseas shipping is possible.

Overseas shipping fees vary depending on the area, and the following shipping fees will be added for each piece of work.

Asia…5,500 yen, Oceania…6,600 yen, Europe/South America/Africa…8,800 yen, North America…9,900 yen

In-stock items will be shipped within 5 business days, and made-to-order and custom-made items will be shipped approximately 3 months after the order is placed (please check each page for details).

Please note : We do not provide any guarantees regarding delivery to overseas shipping services company in Japan, as this may cause trouble. In addition, we do not reserve items. Please be aware of this in advance.

[About cancellations and returns]

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to differences in images or purchases made by mistake, so please consider carefully before purchasing. 

We cannot accept cancellations or returns unless the product is defective. We will only respond promptly in the case of damage caused by our negligence or delivery. 

In the event that you receive an item different from the one you ordered, or a product is defective, the following return and exchange period has been set.

①Please contact us via CONTACT with the product number within 3 days of shipping (within 10 days for overseas shipping).

②Please check your reply email from us and return the item by cash on delivery within 7 days of receipt.

③We cannot respond after 8 days, so please check the work as soon as it arrives.

④After the return, we will exchange any items that are in stock, or refund any items that are out of stock.

Most of the works are one-of-a-kind, and many of them are not re-produced or have low reproducibility, so in many cases they cannot be replaced. Thank you for your understanding.

③ We will not be able to respond if it has been more than 8 days, so please check the item as soon as possible after receiving it.

④After returning the product, we will exchange the product if it is in stock or refund the product if it is out of stock.

Most of the works are one-of-a-kind, many of which will not be remade or have low reproducibility, and in many cases cannot be replaced. Thank you for your understanding.

Although we inspect the artwork and ship it in the necessary packaging, there is a chance that it may be damaged during transport.

If the item is damaged upon arrival, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact the delivery company (such as Kuroneko Yamato Transport).

If the item is damaged during transportation, it will be covered by the warranty and the delivery company will investigate and refund the cost to you.

At that time, we will need information about the damage, the outer box, the packaging, and your purchase history , so please do not dispose of the item or the outer box for the time being.

Although the works are inspected and shipped in the necessary packaging, there may be cases where they are damaged during transportation.

If the item is damaged upon arrival, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact the delivery company (Kuroneko Yamato Bin, etc.).

If the item is damaged during transportation, it will be covered by the warranty and the courier company will investigate and issue a refund to the customer.

In that case, we will need information about the damage, the outer box, the packaging, and the customer's purchase history, so please do not dispose of the work or outer box for a while.

[About the packaging of the work]

From a sustainable perspective, we use newspaper, recycled paper and recycled materials for packaging whenever possible.

In some cases, we will reuse the cushioning and packing materials used by the artist when they sent us their works, and deliver the works safely while striving to go paperless and avoid wasting resources as much as possible. For the same reason, we are unable to provide gift wrapping. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding the inclusion of a receipt, we will send the data in PDF format only to those who require it. If you need one, please contact us before shipping.

From a sustainable perspective, we use newspaper, recycled paper, and recycled materials for packaging wherever possible.

In some cases, we will reuse the cushioning and packaging materials used when the artist sent it to us, and we will deliver the work safely while working as paperlessly as possible and not wasting resources.

For the same reason, we do not accept gift wrapping. Thank you for your understanding.

[About the sales method, period, timing, inventory and restocking of works]
